The Studio (27 sqm/300 sqf) is based on the ground floor (1st floor US) and sleeps up to 3 guests.

		Our studio enjoys a true kingsize bed (not a sofa bed!), a  bathroom and a fully-equipped designer kitchen. It was completely restored in 2010 and designed with a   cutting-edge modern design and convenience yet authentic   Parisian interior style (oak parquet floors, oak windows) achieving  a subtle blend of tradition and modernity. We paid attention to the quality of the furniture in particular to the   mattresses choosing the same quality as used by Paris luxury hotels.
		The studio living area features : a high quality king size bed (1,80m) or two twin beds of 90cm each a 1 armchair-bed (for 1 adult) a desk a flat TV screen built-in cupboards There is aslo cable TV with international channels, high-speed    Internet connection with WiFi and a telephone (limited to local    calls).
		The fully-equipped designer kitchen provides a complete set of    kitchenware and features an oven, microwave, 3 induction    hotplates, a refrigerator, a freezer, a dishwasher, aa coffee machine, an electric kettle and a toaster. The modern bathroom offers luxury quality features with rainshower, a heted towel rail, wall-hung toilets and a washing machine/dryer. The studio’s equipment also includes: a hairdryer, an iron and ironing board, a baby bed and high chair,  a security door, intercom access, English and French books.
