The 1 bedroom apartment (55 sqm/592 sqf) is based on the 6th floor (7th floor US) with lift and sleeps up to 4 guests.

 Our apartment features a large living room, a bedroom, a   bathroom and a fully-equipped kitchen as well as separate toilets.

It was completely restored in 2009 and designed with a   cutting-edge modern design and convenience yet authentic   Parisian interior style (oak parquet floors, oak windows) achieving  a subtle blend of tradition and modernity.

We paid attention to the quality of the furniture in particular to the   mattresses and the sofa choosing the same quality as used by   Paris luxury hotels.
   
 The living room features :

  • a table, which can accommodate up to 6 guests
  • a side table
  • a flat TV screen
  • built-in cupboards
There is aslo cable TV with international channels, high-speed    Internet connection with WiFi and a telephone (limited to local    calls).







The fully-equipped designer kitchen provides a complete set of    kitchenware and features an oven, microwave, 3 induction    hotplates, a refrigerator, a freezer, a dishwasher, a washing    machine/dryer, a coffee machine, an electric kettle and a toaster.



       
The bedroom features a high quality king-size bed (180cm) or    two twin beds of 90cm each, a flat TV screen and a in-built    cupboard.

The modern bathroom offers luxury quality features such as a full  size bathtub with shower, a double washbasin and a heated    towel rail. There are separate wall-hung toilets.





The apartment’s equipment also includes:
a hairdryer, an iron and  ironing board, a baby bed and high chair,  a security door, intercom  access, English and French books.
All linen and towels are provided.
